Garlic, Hardneck- Chesnok Red

   We owe this garlic in our lineup to Zach Binzveld of Off-type Salsa.  He's been a close friend growing much of his produce he uses in his salsas and hot sauces.  

This garlic can attain good sizes!  Has nearly double the cloves of MUSIC and the same hardiness.  Gorgeous purple skins as well. 

   One pound will yield 35-45 heads.  Feed the bed a good amount of compost in the Fall and plant Oct-Nov to harvest the following July/Aug.  Spacing is typically 8" in all directions.
