Perennial zones 3-8.  Giant attractive plant producing multiple small yellow flowers.  Harvest roots in the second year's growth for medicinal use.  Plant has a preference for part shade and moist soils. This is a light-dependent germinator expect germination after 12 days.  Can take some light frost so start seeds early inside.  Easy keeper!
