HOT- Black Hungarian OG

This pepper came to us from a MN friend, Zachary Charles.  Proprietor of Off-Type Salsa, he has spent the last 5+years developing his farming endeavors and salsa lines.  Black Hungarian was an off-type he saw in some of his peppers one year, which he saved seed from.  In the 150+ plants we saw several different types, long and short, fat or stubby.  But there was a definite theme.  Red witha  jalapeno shape, enough heat, gorgeous flavor and good production.
We selected these with zach as the best individuals for production, shape and flavor (which by the end i had lost my shirt with the heat!!)
